5. Rizzoli and Isles (TNT): Police officers Angie Harmon and Sasha Anderson return for a second season in July and I can't wait. Anderson was tremendous on "NCIS" during its first two years and is perfect in her role as a high-brow medical examiner working with street-wise detective Harmon.
