Jason Sehorn: "I'm not an actor. I've seen what my wife goes through."

Jason Sehorn, a former NFL player and football analyst, guest stars on Monday's 8:30 p.m. episode of "Kickin' It" on Disney XD.

"I have three daughters so we watch Disney all day in my house," said the 40-year-old Sehorn, who is married to actress Angie Harmon and has children 3 years old to 8. "Look, I'm not an actor. I've seen what my wife goes through. But this was fun for a day and it was a small part."

Although Sehorn does some occasional broadcasting and had some bit parts in TV shows, he doesn't have any plans to make a career out of it.

"It blows my mind that my wife takes eight days to do a one-hour drama. That is insane. That's not for me," Sehorn said. "There is no way I could go into this business while she's in it. We'd have nobody to raise our daughters!"
