The coming week is undoubtedly the busiest of summer for new and returning cable series premieres. ... TNT has its own pair of premieres Monday, with the seventh season of "The Closer" (9 p.m.) leading into the second season of "Rizzoli & Isles"(10 p.m.). While "The Closer" is on its way out — a final season, airing next summer, will usher in a spinoff series, "Major Crimes" "Rizzoli & Isles" is just getting started. It debuted last summer and quickly became a hit with ratings that some weeks eclipsed those of "The Closer."
