UK's Alibi channel to air "Rizzoli & Isles" this September!

LONDON: UKTV has acquired two seasons of the U.S. crime drama Rizzoli & Isles from Warner Bros. International Television Distribution for its pay-TV channel Alibi.

The series is based on Tess Gerritsen's best-selling crime novels featuring Jane Rizzoli. Angie Harmon (Law & Order) stars as police detective Rizzoli in the series, while Sasha Alexander (NCIS) plays the medical examiner Dr. Maura Isles. The first season will launch in September on Alibi.
