Article: "Keep your heart where your feet are."

From monstersandcritics.com:
Former Law & Order star Angie Harmon has revealed that she left Hollywood for the sake of her children – because she wanted them to 'hold on to their innocence longer'.

The 38-year-old actress appears on the cover of the spring issue of new US shopping magazine Lucky Kids with two of her three daughters – Finley, seven, and Avery, five.

'I wanted the girls to grow up in a slower atmosphere and hold on to their innocence longer,' Harmon says of her family's move to North Carolina.

'I want them driving home from college to say, 'I can't wait to get home; it's going to smell so good, and I'm going to fall asleep on the couch'.'

Harmon's children are a long way away from college age. In fact, her youngest child, Emery, is just two years old.

All three girls stay in North Carolina with their father – former US football player Jason Sehorn – when she is filming her TV series Rizzoli & Isles in Los Angeles.

Harmon says she follows her friend, and fellow TV cop, Kyra Sedgwick's advice when it comes to being a working mum.

She says: 'She said, 'Keep your heart where your feet are' – meaning if your feet are at work, keep your heart at work.

'I think women worry about where we aren't.'
