The BPD gives Angie Harmon a shoutout!

The BPD first began using Twitter back in 2009 and was one of the first police departments in the country to use the platform, said Elaine Driscoll, a spokeswoman for the BPD. The @Boston_Police handle tweets real-time criminal updates, department news and community relations efforts to over 32,000 followers, “including stars like Angie Harmon” said Driscoll, adding, “We believe that we have more followers than any other police department nationwide.”
